One of the strongest technician income stories in the Tri-State.

We lean into pay transparency because technicians deserve a real conversation. We are open to talking about compensation. Do not come here just looking for the highest rate on paper. We make sure people earn relative to their peers, and you have to prove it. We do not hand it out. If you outperform your peers, you will make more than your peers.

Apprenticeship

Start hourly. Learn fast. Move up.

We are hiring apprentice and express technicians too. The path is straightforward: bring in people with work ethic and upside, give them real structure and exposure, and move them toward flat rate as they prove they are ready.

1

Apprentice / Express Technician

Recent graduates and early-career techs can start in hourly roles, typically ranging from $19–$26 per hour depending on position, experience, and skill level.

2

Hands-on development

Work alongside experienced technicians, build OEM process discipline, improve diagnostics, and develop the habits that matter in a real dealership shop.

3

Progress to flat rate

The target path is progression to a flat-rate technician role within 6–24 months, based on performance, development, and readiness.

See the apprentice path in motion

A strong apprenticeship program is not a slogan. It is visible in the people moving through it.

This is where stagnant technicians come to stop wasting time.

If you feel stagnant at your shop because you do not have people who want to see you grow, this is the place. If you are making $25 an hour or less somewhere else, there is a real chance you are wasting your time.

Come to us and if you are good, we will get you earning close to $100,000 within 24 months.

Not because we hand it out. Because the path, the support, the pace, and the opportunity are here for people who can actually take advantage of it.

  • Automotive school graduates
  • Entry-level technicians with a strong work ethic
  • Express techs ready for a clearer path upward
  • People who want to learn Mercedes-Benz the right way
  • Technicians willing to prove they are ready for more
